Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery time is counted from the date of dispatch (after processing):

* Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. Vastraveda is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.

Shipping charges are non-refundable in case of returns.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email and SMScontaining your tracking number and courier partner details.

• Track your order in real-time on our "Track Order" page using your order number or tracking ID.
• You can also track directly on the courier partner's website using the AWB/tracking number provided.
• Tracking information may take 12–24 hours to become active after dispatch.

The courier partner for your order is selected automatically based on your location, weight, and service availability.

Every Vastraveda saree is carefully folded and packaged in protective inner wrap and a sealed outer box to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. We take extra care with silk and delicate weaves to prevent creasing, moisture, or damage during transit.

Our packaging is designed to preserve the quality and elegance of your saree from our warehouse to your doorstep.

• Before Dispatch: Contact us immediately at support@vastraveda.in to modify your delivery address or cancel your order. We will do our best to accommodate changes before the order is shipped.
• After Dispatch: Once an order has been handed over to the courier, we are unable to change the delivery address or cancel the order. You may initiate a return after delivery (subject to our return policy).
• Refused Delivery: If you refuse delivery without a valid reason, return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

Currently, Vastraveda ships within India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We are working on expanding our services globally and will announce international shipping when it becomes available. Stay connected with us on social media for updates!
